Who can order?
Question:
Who can register for an account?
Answer:
Orica employees can sign up for an account at the Profile Store. The Profile Store team then send an approval request to events.emea@orica.com at Orica for validation and create your account including the login details.
Question:
Can I order for personal use, i.e. with credit card? Is it possible to buy t-shirts for personal use with company logo on it?
Answer:
The Orica products in the Profile Store are only for B2B use. Therefore, it is not possible to order products for personal use.
Question:
Can I change an order in any way after it is confirmed?
Answer:
No, it is not possible to change an order after it has been confirmed. If you wish to change your order in the Profile Store, you must cancel the existing order and create a new one.
Multiple shipping addresses
Question:
Can I save more than one delivery address under my name?
Answer:
Yes, you can.
Question:
Can I request that the contents of one order are sent to several delivery addresses?
Answer:
No, this is not possible. In order to have items sent to several delivery addresses, you must create a separate order for each delivery address.
Stock and items
Question:
Is there any stock information available?
Answer:
The stock levels of each item is displayed in real time so you will always know the number of items available on stock.
Question:
What if I can´t find the products I need in the Profile Store?
Answer:
The assortment was developed in collaboration with Creon. If you would like to enquire about additional items, currently not available in Orica’s Profile Store, please contact Creon directly at profilestore@creon.se.
The Creon staff will verify the branding guidelines with EMEA Marketing before releasing your items. For orders below EUR875, there is an administrative fee of EUR85.
Question:
What’s different about ordering an OnDemand-item?
Answer:
There is a separate process for sourcing OnDemand items. They are not in stock, such as regular items in Orica’s assortment. As a result, the delivery time for OnDemand items is longer than for regular items in Orica’s store (e.g., it may take an extra week to deliver those).
If you place an order for both regular and OnDemand items, the delivery time will have to be adjusted to accommodate the OnDemand-items. Should you wish to split the delivery and receive the regular items within the standard delivery times, contact us at profilestore@creon.se.
Payment
Question:
What are the payment terms?
Answer:
To make this process more efficient both for Orica and Creon, all charges are managed centrally, with invoices issued to Orica Norway. Orica Norway will charge back all costs internally depending on your location and cost center.
Security
Question:
How can you ensure the data security?
Answer:
The Data protection law is guaranteed by Creon Promotion (regarding internal and external users). Creon is committed to the Data Protection Directive (EC Directive 95/46/EC) and Electronic Communications Privacy Directive (EC Directive/2002/58/EC.
Question:
What is the security level of the portal?
Answer:
The users' accounts within the web shop are password-protected, but do not use encryption. There have been no successful attempts of hack attacks or frauds. Uptime of our server is close to 100%.
